Spring Sign-ups
Dear Parent,
In order to make sign-ups more convenient, the Recreation Board is testing a new media for sign-ups.
Attached is a PDF file that can be used three ways:
1) Open the file and print the blank sign-up form. Complete the form and mail a check to Newbury Recreation Board, P.O. Box 374, Newbury, OH 44065 (see attached price list)
2) Open the file and complete form. Then print two copies, one for your records and mail the second copy with a check to Newbury Recreation Board, P.O. Box 374, Newbury, OH 44065
3) Open the file and save to a location that you can find. Then open this link:
www.pdfescape.com. Do not register, it is free. Open the file that you just saved and fill out the form. Then e-mail the form to greg@clarkrandp.com. You may also save a copy for your records. Mail a check to the Recreation Board. You will be required to sign the form. You will receive a confirming e-mail completing the process.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at greg@clarkrandp.com. We will be having traditional sign-ups on 2/21/10, and 2/28/10, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, during the pancake breakfast at the high school.
We need to have the sign-ups completed by the end of February, so we will know how many teams we will be having.
