Welcome to Newbury Elementary

Newbury Elementary is part of the Newbury Local School District in Geauga County, OH, the only single township school in the county. Children in our district attend these two buildings for Kindergarten through grade six before entering the Newbury Junior-Senior High School. Our district is pleased to have earned the state rating of Excellent in 2005-2006. We earned the Effective rating in 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. In 2008-2009 we earned Excellent with Distinction.
Newbury Elementary has about 300 students. We offer an all day Kindergarten and a half day Kindergarten. Grades one through six have 2 classes each. We offer art, computer technology, physical education, and music to all students.
