Freshmen Summer Reading

Welcome to your first year of high school!
All students must read: Dove by: Robin Lee Graham
Summer Reading Project - Due on the first day back to school.
While reading Dove, create a map and timeline of Robin's journey.
* The map should be creative and show in order where Robin went and the path he took
around the world.
* The timeline should include important events relating to human emotions of flattery, fear,
greed, anger, guilt, exclusivity and salvation. Show events where you believe that Robin
had times of self-discovery and growth.
Also, you will be creating a journal of your summer, just as Robin created a journal of his adventures. You need to have:
* One entry per week which would tell of:
1. Self-discovery
2. Major events
3. Human emotions surrounding the event
* A total of 11 entries are required.
Have a great summer, and I will see you in the fall.
