NEWBURY HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCENTS

Thursday May 22, 2008

There will be Jr. High Football sign ups on Thursday during junior high lunch.

All football players in all grades are required to attend a mandatory team meeting on Thursday in the weight room at 2:50. This meeting will last about 15 minutes and you must be there so plan ahead for rides.

Attention:  Junior High Students – The Booster Club has only eight more Jr. High Yearbooks available.  If you want one you must bring a check made out to the boosters club to the office in the amount of 18.50, and sign your name and phone number.  This is open to the first 8 students, first come first serve.  After eight checks and names are received, they will place the order.  No more will be available after that.  The office must have your check and phone number before we can guarantee that you will receive a book.  The books will arrive after school is out, and Mrs. Grant will make sure the books are delivered to you.

Varsity Soccer Sign-up will be held in the cafeteria on Thursday during your lunch period. All soccer players entering the 9th-12th grades in the fall are encouraged to register. Scheduling of summer practice and scrimmages will be based upon information gathered at Thursday’s registration.
