This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the school district’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the following agenda.
The President called the Newbury Board of Education Special meeting to order with the following members present: Mr. Ayer, Mr. Blair, Mr. Douglas, Mr. Gingerich. Mr. Munn was absent.

Moved by Mr. Blair, second by Mr. Douglas, to approve the agenda.

NEW BUSINESS
11-195 BUS GARAGE PROJECT
Moved by Mr. Ayer, second by Mr. Blair, to approve the following:
Approve discussion of the bus garage renovation project.

11-196 EXECUTIVE SESSION
Moved by Mr. Douglas, second by Mr. Blair, to enter into Executive Session to confer with the Board’s attorney about matters which may be subject of imminent court action.

11-197 EXIT EXECUTIVE SESSION
