NEW BUSINESS

11-193 RESOLUTION/RENEWAL OF EMERGENCY LEVY

Moved by Mr. Douglas, second by Mr. Ayer, to approve the following:

Approve the enclosed Resolution Determining Intent to Proceed with Renewal of the Emergency Levy, which is a tax in excess of the ten-mill limitation, to raise Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000) for each year the levy is in effect and place said renewal before the voters at the election scheduled for November 8, 2011.  (Enclosures)
