This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the school district’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.  There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the following agenda.

The President called the Newbury Board of Education Special meeting to order with the following members present:  Mr. Ayer, Mr. Blair, Mr. Gingerich, Mr. Munn.  Mr. Douglas arrived late.

            Moved by Mr. Munn, second by Mr. Blair, to approve the following:

            Approve the Five-Year Forecast as required by the Ohio Department of Education.

11-270 ENERGY SAVE OHIO LIGHTING UPGRADE

            Moved by Mr. Ayer, second by Mr. Douglas, to approve the following:

            Award the Energy Save Ohio lighting upgrade project contract to Dial

            Electric for $85,600.00.  (Enclosures)

            6:30 pm.
