            Moved by Mr. Blair, second by Mr. Ayer, to approve the following:

 

            This public input and dialogue Board meeting shall be controlled by the presiding officer.

            Any input cannot and shall not receive any Board action.  However, before the Board will

            hear a complaint or criticism about school personnel, the complaint must be submitted to

            the Treasurer, in writing, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting.  The

            employee will receive a copy of the complaint, and the process prescribed in Board

            Policy #9130, Public Complaints and Grievances, will be followed:

            Accept notice of payment to the Geauga County Educational Service Center for

            OT, PT, SLP, and APE Services in the first quarter of the 2011-2012 school year

            in the amount of $6,911.15.  (Enclosure)

 

            Accept notice of payment to the Geauga County Educational Service Center for

            the attendance of 7 Newbury students in the Special Education Cooperative ED

            classrooms in August and October, 2011, in the amounts of $6,988.50 and
