Moved by Mr. Douglas, second by Mr. Blair, to approve the following:
This public input and dialogue Board meeting shall be controlled by the presiding officer.
Any input cannot and shall not receive any Board action. However, before the Board will
hear a complaint or criticism about school personnel, the complaint must be submitted to
the Treasurer, in writing, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting. The
employee will receive a copy of the complaint, and the process prescribed in Board
Policy #9130, Public Complaints and Grievances, will be followed.

meeting until the Board elects a President. The organizational meeting will be followed
by the January, 2012, regular meeting at 6:30 PM.

Amend item #15 from the June 6, 2011, Board Meeting to prorate the assistant
wrestling coach contract of Mr. Martin Sanders to $1,571.26 [59/114 (59 days of
114 day season) x $3036] due to election to the Board of Education effective
January 9, 2012, accept his resignation from the paid coaching position effective
January 8, 2012, and approve him as a volunteer wrestling coach effective
January 9, 2012, for the remainder of the 2011-2012 wrestling season.
