public input and dialogue Board meeting shall be controlled by the presiding officer. Any input cannot and shall not receive any
Board action. However, before the
Board will hear a complaint or criticism about school personnel, the complaint
must be submitted to the Treasurer, in writing, at
least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting.
The employee will receive a copy
of the complaint, and the process prescribed in Board Policy #9130, Public
Complaints and Grievances, will be followed.
