2. Approve payment (3 of 4) to the Geauga County Educational Service Center of $35,868.48 for STARS program services to three Newbury students in the third quarter 2009-2010 school year. (enclosures)

3. Approve payment (7 of 9) to the Geauga County Educational Service Center for March, 2010, MD Unit classroom costs for a Newbury student in the amount of $3,266.80. (enclosures)

4. Approve payment (7 of 9) to the Geauga County Educational Service Center for March, 2010, ED Unit classroom costs for ten Newbury students in the amount of $12,116.60. (enclosures)

5. Approve payment to the Kenston Local School District for the excess

ED unit 2008-09 classroom costs for a Newbury Student in the amount of $9,491.04. (enclosures)
