II. NEW BUSINESS

A. Recommend that the Board:

1. Approve the recommendation of the superintendent regarding

discipline or contract termination of Ms. Kathy Harrington, bus driver.

2. Approve the appointment of Ms. Brianna Blair of Burton, OH, to

the position of Jr. HS Mathematics Instructor as posted in the

August 9, 2010, Board Meeting and grant her a one-year limited

contract for the 2010-2011 school year at BA (step 0) $32,301, according to the terms and conditions of the Negotiated Agreement.

3. Approve the appointment of Mr. Scott Richardson to the position of

Job Coach for a Newbury student for 20 hours at $23.28/hr. as posted

in the June 28 Board Meeting.
